Having just completed our “journey” with our real estate salesperson (and now broker) Karim Popat, of Woodsview Realty Inc. through whom we have recently purchased our new home and having felt both satisfied and comfortable enough to continue the relationship by using his services to sell our current home, I made perhaps an unusual request by asking if I could write some sort of “testimonial” for his website.

Coming from the perspective of both a purchaser and a seller, I have been able to witness his dedication, knowledge of the real estate market and total professionalism first hand. Having purchased a new home with a relatively short closing time before putting our current house on the market, we were certainly under a bit of pressure to sell it fast. Karim and his wife and real estate partner Mary certainly had to work quickly. Even though our first perspective buyer was unable to actually complete the purchase, it had only been on the market for 10 days. Stress became my new norm and throughout the entire process which due to the competitive housing market ended up taking about another 30 days, Karim remained positive, accommodating and provided constant updates as to what was selling in our area.
